Door key would not open. Gave me another room. This tv remote control was missing. The room was very hot as we came in. The AC didnt work good.

Great location. The bar staff was very friendly. Love the 2 pools. We enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub alone while everyone else was outside.

Very fresh and comfortable

There were big black roach bugs in our room When I relayed this to the manager at check out, he seemed to not really care. The manager that checked us in was very nice and very accommodating. I won't stay here again. The room was nice but not the bugs.

We really like this stay. Room was spacious and the environment was peaceful. Just two small notes: 1) I went to breakfast slightly over 8am, but didn’t see many choices left. Cheese, yogurt, etc. were almost empty and later taken off around 8:30am while the breakfast ended 9am (another sign said it ended at 8:45am, but guests don’t really know unless they went there). 2) It’s lovely to see several cute cats in the yard. At first, I saw three, including a black one, grey one, and a golden one. Later I accidentally saw several more black ones. My building was 16. Maybe this amount of cats can be managed better since I saw them stay around the trash can sometimes, opposite to building 16.
